First, you must ping 91.134.224.128 and 149.56.207.128 from your server to test the network latency – the lower the ping response, the better. Afterward, try to download a 1GB test file from each location: http://91.134.224.128/test.txt and http://149.56.207.128/test.txt – the faster (limit at 1Gbps), the better.
